Mat Pilates Fusion
Classes are Pilates-based and combine elements of interval training and cardiovascular exercise. Mindful Yoga for Children

HIKING

Our team has been professionally active in the area since 2017. We guide you through trails tailored to all levels and needs. The easy trails include soft inclines with walking times of 2 to 3 hours. The average difficulty trails are for 3 to 4 hours on hard ground with some gorge crossing. The advanced trails are longer in duration (6 to 8 hours) and include crossing or climbing the mountains such as the peak of Taygetos with an elevation of 2407m.) and require high level of fitness. From the majestic Viros gorge, through Vasiliki’s timeless forest down to Trachila’s rocky coves, Western Mani is blessed with a diverse landscape that attracts hikers and nature lovers from all over the world.
Pull-up rigs, squat racks, barbells and all the other things we love to lift and throw are located outdoors under shading eucalyptus trees on the Mani coastline. With the backdrop of the Taygetos Mountain on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other, you will be guaranteed a unique experience; especially during the evening WOD in the ever-changing colours of the Greek sunset.
